Introduction

We are engaged in the field of international plant-engineering contracts, project design, export of the whole set of equipment and technology, as well as contracts of EPC project and Turnkey project, such as steel plant (rolling mill plant), steam power plant (coal fired or refuse incineration), and air separation plants (for producing oxygen,nitrogen, argon etc), gas projects (natural gas reforming H2 plants, CO2 recovery plant), H2O2 plants, Cryogenic liquid storage tanks (for LOX/LIN, LCO2 etc), CNC machine tools, and various cranes etc. We also specialize in oil refining plant projects and thermal insulation materials projects (Refractory Castable Materials used for electricity power plant, steel plant and cement plant etc.)
Recently we have contracted a 100,000t/a angle and round bar rolling mill works and 500,000t/h H-beam steel rolling mill works at hand, as well as a 30MW coal fired steam power plant, a 600t/d refuse incineration power plant. Each year we have several air separation plants to be erected in Southeast Asia region, as well as supported heat exchangers, air/gas compressors and DCS control systems.
IPD is developing rapidly as supported by a qualified engineering team. Especially our projects are designed by those renowned design institutes such as China Southwest Chemical Design Institute, Liming Chemical Design Institute, Hangang steel design institute, Magang steel design institute etc.
Due to Yiho's good commercial reputation, considerable funds and credit, and advanced technologies' backup in the industry, IPD has obtained excellent records in the field of exporting whole set of machinery and equipment to Southeast Asia countries through the years. We had several big size projects completed each year.

Title: 800Nm3/h Natural Gas Reforming PSA-H2 Plant
Introduction:The plant ,with NG as its raw material, is aimed at the final single product, H2 as pure as 99.999%.
1,Production capacity: 800Nm3/h (indicating the normal gas volume unless otherwise stated)
2,Load regulating range: 40-110%
3,Process Description: The plant, with NG as its raw material, obtains reforming gas containing H2, as much as 70%(V%) by reforming reaction with steam cooling down after heat exchanging. This rich-in-H2 reformed gas is separated and purified into product H2 as pure as 99.999%(V/V%) in the process section of Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA). The plant includes such operation as NG compression and desulphurization, steam reforming and H2 purification.
